Our District is Big.
It encompasses almost half the state of Colorado.

We proudly stretch from the Wyoming border on the north — south to the New Mexico border. And we have clubs located in cities from the Utah state line to the Continental Divide. With more than 880 members serving 29 clubs, the 6W district covers the biggest area geographically in Colorado.

Our programs are continually changing to meet new needs and greater demands in our communities, but our mission and motto have never wavered: “We Serve.” Since 1917, Lions clubs have aided the blind and visually impaired, championed youth initiatives and strengthened local communities through hands-on service and humanitarian projects.

Where there’s a need, there’s a Lion.

Today, Lions Clubs International is the world’s largest service club organization with more than 1.4 million members in approximately 46,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas around the world. In 2017, Lions Club International celebrated its 100th anniversary.
